The modules

Buy one module. Or run the whole business on all of them.

Each module works on its own and plugs into the rest when you add it. Same customer record, same product record, same login.

The stack

Separate appsJoined by connectors

  • Every app keeps its own copy of the customer and the product
  • Connectors go stale or break, and someone retypes the gap
  • A short at the door never reaches the invoice by itself
  • Separate logins, separate seats, separate bills
  • Nobody sees the whole account in one place
The suite

One platformSame records

  • One customer record and one product record for every module
  • Orders, picks, loads, routes and invoices hand off on their own
  • The invoice is built from what was actually delivered
  • One login, one set of roles, one audit log
  • Support, sales and finance see the same account
How the modules work together

    01

    Order

A customer orders in the app or portal on its own prices. The order locks at the zone cutoff.

    02

    Pick and load

Pick lists build by route, oldest expiry first. Pallets are packed by stop with axle loads checked.

    03

    Deliver

The driver records proof, shorts, damages and cash in the field app.

    04

    Invoice and reorder

The invoice is built from what was delivered. Overnight, the forecast drafts the next supplier POs.

Honest scope

Separate tools each see their own slice, so the work between them is left to people. These run inside the suite. A few jobs belong with tools that do them best, and the suite connects to them.

Built in, missing from the usual stack

  • Loads built from live orders and open purchase orders, then turned into a route or a supplier PO
  • Shorts and damages at the door that reach the invoice without retyping
  • Door credits within a driver's limit that become credit memos on the next invoice
  • Driver cash and checks reconciled at end of day and posted to invoices
  • Buying groups with contract prices, combined spend and rebates
  • Supplier or brand partner staff who sign in and see only their own products, orders and loads
  • Price checks normalized by pack size, applied to a price list in one click
  • Register sales turned into supplies used and the store's next order

Left to the tools that do it best

  • The official books: keep QuickBooks or Xero for financial statements, and the suite posts invoices, payments, credits and bills into it
  • Payroll and HR
  • Office apps, email and team chat (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
  • Carriers of data and money that bill by use: card processing, text messages, carrier labels, sales tax rates and AI models

Who it fits

How you get it

  1. 0101

    Pick the modules

Start with one module, a bundle, or the whole suite. Modules you skip stay off and can be switched on later.

  2. 0202

    Your own deployment

Each customer runs on its own database and hosting, so your data never sits next to anyone else's.

  3. 0303

    Import and configure

We load your catalog, prices, customers and staff, set your rules, and put your brand on the store and apps.

  4. 0404

    Train and go live

Every page has a walkthrough and a narrated video, so new staff learn inside the app.
