The CHAMP Plan is a Section 125 cafeteria plan run by Champion Health. Employees get virtual urgent and primary care, low-cost prescriptions, mental health support and preventive coverage, with no upfront cost to the employer.
According to Champion Health, enrolled employees often see around $100 or more added to monthly take-home pay, and employers save on payroll taxes for each enrolled employee. Actual results depend on each employee's pay and elections.
Partners who refer employers earn a $2 per enrolled employee per month revenue share. Available in the US only.
