Lipa Noi is the calm west coast of Koh Samui. Days start with sunrise meditation on the sand and end with an evening ritual under the palms. In between there's traditional Nuad Boran massage, herbal steam, temple visits and time to do nothing at all.
The property and cultural program are run by a Koh Samui local, and the daily Guided Transformation Sessions are led by a licensed clinician.
