Privacy Policy

Nutricove LLC ("Nutricove", "we", "us") operates nutricove.co and the services, retreats, partner programs and software described on it. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the site, fill out a form, book a call, create an affiliate account, or buy from us.

Information we collect

You give us:

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, company, job title.
• Form answers: what you tell us in booking, quote, quiz, application and retreat intake forms. Retreat and telehealth forms may ask about health goals; only share what you are comfortable sharing.
• Affiliate account details: login email, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), social profiles, audience information and payout details.
• Payment details for ACH or wire transfers: bank name and the reference you send. We do not store full account numbers on this site.
• Messages you send us by email, SMS, chat or social media.

Collected automatically:

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring site and time on page.
• Cookies and similar tools, including a referral cookie that records which affiliate sent you (see our Cookie Policy).
• Advertising pixels, such as Meta's, that measure whether our ads lead to visits and sign-ups.

From others:

• Affiliates and partners who refer you to us.
• Our scheduling, CRM and advertising tools when you interact with our campaigns.

How we use it

• To answer inquiries, schedule calls, prepare quotes and deliver services.
• To run the affiliate program: create accounts, track referral links, calculate commissions and send payouts.
• To send service messages and, with your consent, marketing emails and texts.
• To measure and improve the site and our advertising.
• To prevent fraud, secure accounts and meet legal obligations.

Text messages

If you opt in to SMS, we use your number to send the messages you agreed to. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Our SMS providers process numbers only to deliver our messages. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run the site and our business: hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), CRM, forms and scheduling (GoHighLevel), email and SMS delivery, analytics and advertising platforms (such as Meta), and payment processors and banks.
• Partners you ask us to connect you with, such as a retreat venue, a telehealth or benefits provider, or an equipment manufacturer when you request a quote.
• The affiliate who referred you, who sees only that a referral occurred and its status, not your health or payment details.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
• A buyer or successor if our business is reorganized or sold.

Your choices and rights

• Email and SMS: unsubscribe using the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text.
• Cookies: control them in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may stop referral tracking.
• Access, correction and deletion: email [privacy contact email] to request a copy of your information, fix it, or delete it. We will verify your identity first.
• California residents may also request what categories of information we collected, sold or shared in the past 12 months (we do not sell it), and may opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent.
• Residents of other states with privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon) have similar rights, including to appeal a decision by replying to our response.

Health information

This website is not a medical provider. Telehealth, pharmacy and clinical services offered through our partners are provided by those licensed partners under their own privacy notices, including HIPAA notices where they apply. Information you give us directly through this site is handled under this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: typically the length of our relationship plus up to seven years for tax, accounting and legal records. Affiliate click data is kept for up to 24 months.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your affiliate account.

Children

Our site and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
