We work with licensed therapists, healers and wellness professionals to run five-night retreats on Koh Samui and in Samaná. You bring your practice. We cover housing, meals and logistics, and our Clinical Director helps shape your sessions around each week's theme.

Accommodation
Housing at the retreat property for every week you facilitate.
Meals
All meals during your stay, from the same kitchen as the guests.
Logistics
Scheduling, materials and travel coordination handled by our team.
Clinical support
Our Clinical Director aligns your modality with the therapeutic arc of each retreat theme and briefs you on every group.
Global network
Work alongside therapists, bodyworkers and facilitators in Thailand and the Dominican Republic, with Peru and Colombia in development.
Compensation
Pay depends on your modality, experience, role and the length of the engagement. We go through specifics in your interview.
If your work helps people process, rest or rebuild, there's likely a place for it in one of our four themes.
Licensed therapists
LCSWs, counselors and psychologists to lead or support Guided Transformation Sessions.
Yoga instructors
Morning and sunset classes for every level, from gentle to strong.
Breathwork facilitators
Guided breath sessions that fit each day of the theme's arc.
Sound healers
Sound baths and evening sessions to close the day.
Ceremony facilitators
Cacao, fire and traditional rituals, run to our ceremony protocols.
Massage and bodywork therapists
Thai massage, bodywork and somatic release.
Meditation teachers
Sunrise meditation, earthing walks and stillness practice.
Nutritionists and dietitians
Menu input, workshops and guidance guests can take home.
Ayurvedic practitioners
Consultations and practices rooted in Ayurvedic tradition.
