Affiliate Program Terms
The rules for earning commissions as a Nutricove affiliate.
These terms apply to everyone who joins the Nutricove affiliate program. By creating an affiliate account you agree to them.
Joining
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. Approved affiliates get one code that works across the programs listed in the portal.
How you earn
- Commission rates, structures and any program-specific rules are shown in your affiliate portal and may differ by program. The rates shown when a referral is made apply to that referral.
- A referral counts when someone arrives through your link or code and becomes a paying customer within the cookie window (90 days unless the program says otherwise), and no other affiliate has a later valid claim.
- Commissions are earned only on amounts actually collected. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and non-payment reverse the related commission.
- Self-referrals, referrals of your own business, and purchases made with fraudulent or incentivized traffic do not earn commission.
Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly, after the program's hold period, once your balance reaches the minimum shown in the portal. You must provide valid payout details and any tax forms we request (such as a W-9 or W-8). You are responsible for your own taxes.
How you may promote
- Disclose the relationship. Every post, video, email or page that includes your link must clearly say you earn a commission (for example "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you sign up"), as the FTC requires.
- No false or unsupported claims. Do not promise results, income, cures, health outcomes, investment returns or savings. Use only the claims and materials in the portal.
- Health programs (retreats, telehealth, peptides, benefits, medical travel): do not give medical advice or describe drugs, treatments or outcomes beyond approved materials.
- Financial programs: do not describe returns, guarantee profits, or give investment advice.
- No spam. Follow email, SMS and calling laws. No unsolicited texts or calls, no bought lists.
- No paid search on our brand names and no ads that impersonate us.
- No fake reviews or testimonials.
Our rights
We may change rates or programs with notice in the portal (changes apply going forward), withhold or reverse commissions for violations or fraud, and suspend or end any account. You may leave at any time. Earned, valid commissions are paid after the hold period unless the account was closed for a violation.
Relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of Nutricove, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to unpaid valid commissions. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your promotions.
